James G. Colvin, Chief Executive Officer

Jim has spent over 20 years in the technology space in Canada, UK and USA. He is a corporate lawyer and has worked in Canada and Silicon Valley specializing in start-up and growth phase technology companies. During his time working at a legal firm, he saw the value Urban Dispatch provides in meeting the needs of a professional services firm. He earned a Law Degree from University of London (UK) and University of Victoria where he focused on Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and Finance.



Darrell Skoreyko, Chief Financial Officer

Darrell has over 20 years in various management, accounting and auditing roles in government and industry. He too saw first-hand what ShipManager can do for a professional services firm. As a successful entrepreneur he founded a consulting and software development company in 1996 which he sold to Cognicase/CGI in 2002. He holds a Professional Accounting Designation and a Degree in Economics and Math from the University of Alberta.
